Okay recently there has been a dispute over whether or not the word Nigga/ nigger should b censored from rap and hip hop. this has caused a seperation in the hip hop community as the word has been used for so long and has been accepted. also i personally believe that now it depends on the context the word is used, i personally dnot say it that much, but if im quoting a comic or a track, i think its fine. with this dispute, Nas has risen up to fight 4 his right to say the word and just to shove it in their face he named his upcoming albume nigger. yes its gonna b hard to get in stores especially for non blacks. but i think its well worth it. he also made a track entitled "be a nigga too" in which he says that everybody is his nigga. "to all my kike niggaz, spic niggaz, guinea niggaz, chink niggaz, thats right yall my niggaz too" i personally agree with nas, both with Hip Hop is DeaD and the nigga argument, what do yall think?

another thing i beleive is that through hip hop, the word has had some of its sting taken away, if u ban it, then it makes ppl wanna say it more and its like trying to erase the history of black america. not just that, but it wont stop white supremists from using it, even in their hate rock seeing as how they're music is not even censored at all and not sold in most stores

i c what u mean i don't say that word often the only time i usually use it is in a song u can't really help urself in a song it just comes out and u are right if itts banned it will want more people to say it just for that fact
